Hi, its Brittney again. The 3rd day of are trip we went through Colorado and New Mexico. When we went through Colorado it was really cool because we got to drive through mountains and see all the pretty views, but there was one bad thing too, when we were driving through the mountains the elevation changed dramatically and are ears were popping like crazy. We drove through mountains for about 4 or 5 hours from Walsenburg, Co to Santa Fe, NM. We got to drive by the Rio Grande, it was awesome! When we got through most of the mountains, we were in parts of New Mexico that were poor, and if the mountains weren't in the background... well I don't even want to talk about it. When we got to Albuquerque, New Mexico it was actually a nice town so we stayed there for the night. That's all for now, see ya!!!
Hi, it's Brehndan. When we were in Minneapolis the elevation was 830 '. In Dodge City, Kansas the elevation was 2512'. In Walsenburg, Co the elevation was 6950'. We went through the North Le Veta pass and the elevation was 9415'. San Luis , Co the elevation was 7929'. Taos, New Mexico, the elavation was 6987'. When we went through Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM we were too busy looking at the area that we forgot to get the elevation reading. There was mountains all around us.
